Cappuccino on almond milk


You’ll need:

☕️ 2 teaspoons of ground coffee
☕️ 100 ml of water
☕️ 50-100 ml of almond milk
☕️ vanilla sugar to taste.

How to cook:

✅ Unfired almonds pour boiling water for 1-3 hours, remove the brown skin, add boiled water at the rate of 1 part of the nuts on 3 parts of the water. Whisk the nuts with a blender.
✅ Filter whipped nuts through a sieve or gauze.
✅ Boil strong coffee in any way you like, add sugar and almond milk. If you wish, the milk can be whipped to a state of thin foam.

The coffee is very tasty. Milk can be simply added to the coffee, or you can beat it with a blender or cappuccinator. The foam will turn out to be delicate and beautiful, but not like when whipping ordinary milk.
