☕️ Honey 3 tablespoons
☕️ 1 coarse garlic clove
☕️ Ground coffee 3 teaspoons
How to cook:
The main rule of this recipe – everything must be done very quickly, only in this case the ingredients are mixed correctly and you will get quite original and pleasant taste (personally I was able to do with the 3rd attempt).
✅ In cezva we pour honey and bring it to a boil and take it off the fire.
✅ We slice the garlic and put it in the jezzah and bring it back to the boil.
✅ Add ground coffee, stir and bring back to the boil.
✅ And now we add 300-350 ml of boiling water and put it on the stove to cook.
✅ We’re waiting for the coffee cap to appear, taking it off in a cup.
✅ Then we pour the coffee (by straining it through a sieve).
Coffee is ready! Enjoy!
