You’ll need (for 5 servings):
Ingredients (for 5 servings):
☕️ Freshly brewed coffee 250 ml
☕️ Sugar 150 g
☕️ Gelatin 2 pp.
☕️ Cream 35% 300 ml
☕️ Yolk 3 pcs.
How to cook:
✅ Gelatin should be soaked in water (100 ml) and left for the time indicated on the package;
✅ Mix yolks with sugar.
✅ And put it on the water bath,
✅ Gray until sugar completely dissolves
✅ Add coffee and stir
✅ Add gelatine
✅ Warming again, now until the gelatin dissolves.
✅ Remove from the fire and cool down
✅ Cream whip, but not too much otherwise the dessert will turn out too fat.
✅ Add whipped cream to the resulting mass
✅ Pour into molds and put into fridge for 3 hours.
Cream is ready! Enjoy!
