I remembered that as a child I was given coffee with Toffee. These are such “stretchy” sweets if someone does not know. So I tried to make them for coffee;)
☕️ Milk (melted) 200ml
☕️ Sugar 150g
☕️ Vanillin 50g
☕️ Honey 2 tablespoons
☕️ Cream butter 30g
How to cook:
✅ All ingredients are put into a saucepan and poured with milk.
✅ Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes (constantly stirring).
✅ As soon as the mass thickens and acquires a caramel color, we remove the pot from the fire.
✅ We take the molds and pour the mass on them.
✅ Clean up in the freezer for 30 minutes.
✅ Brewing coffee
